Pressure Washing in Levittown, PA
Home base. Soft washing, concrete, pavers and gutters for Levittown homes — across Bristol Township, Falls Township, Middletown Township and Tullytown.
Levittown is where this business started, and it's where most of our work still is. Josh grew up around these houses and knows how they're built.
Almost every Levittown home went up in the 1950s, and sixty-odd years on they share the same problems. Long unbroken runs of siding hold green algae on the north and shaded sides. Low rooflines stay damp under mature trees. Original concrete walks and patios have gone gray and porous. None of that needs high pressure — it needs the right solution and enough time to work.
What We Clean in Levittown
- 1950s Levitt-built homes across all four municipalities
- Green algae and black streaking on north-facing walls
- Chalky oxidation on aluminum and older vinyl siding
- Original concrete walks, patios and front porches
- Gutters packed under mature oak and maple
- Roof streaking on low-slope shaded sections
What a House Wash Costs
House washing is priced by square footage: $0.25 per square foot.
- 1,000 sq ft home — about $250
- 1,500 sq ft home — about $375
- 2,000 sq ft home — about $500
- Two stories — same rate. Height doesn't change the price.
- Heavy mold or algae — quoted after a look. More growth means more product and more dwell time.
No Surprise Invoices
Every job is quoted before work starts, and the number you're given is the number you pay. Roofs, pavers, gutters, decks and concrete are quoted separately — they're priced by the surface, not by the square foot of the house.

Do you service all of Levittown?
Yes. Levittown spans Bristol Township, Falls Township, Middletown Township and Tullytown, and we work in all four. Give us the street and we'll tell you the same day whether we can get to you this week.
Will soft washing hurt 1950s siding?
No. That's exactly why we soft wash instead of pressure wash. Older aluminum and early vinyl can't take high pressure without denting or driving water behind the panel. We apply a cleaning solution at low pressure, let it work, then rinse.
My siding looks chalky, not dirty. Can that be fixed?
That's oxidation — UV breakdown of the siding surface, common on Levittown homes of this age. A normal wash won't touch it. We treat it separately with an oxidation removal process that lifts the haze and evens out the finish.
